28. Current State

FLOWTRADE has completed the research and validation phase of its AI-driven trading framework and is transitioning toward institutional-grade deployment infrastructure.

The AIZEN predictive architecture (TFT-based sequence modeling) and the Inteli-Trade execution logic have been finalized and tested across out-of-sample and forward validation windows. Results demonstrate sustained risk-adjusted performance and stable behavior across changing market conditions.

Execution currently operates within a controlled environment, with sandboxed deployment and monitoring. The core signal generation, portfolio logic, and governance mechanisms are operational.

The primary focus of the current phase is infrastructure hardening, specifically the development of institutional-grade execution routing, independent risk controls, monitoring systems, and production deployment readiness.

Initial institutional discussions and pilot conversations are underway, with infrastructure maturity identified as the final step toward scalable capital deployment.
